Immediately, A Bridge Too Far comes to mind which was based on the failed Allied invasion of the Netherlands in September, 1944. Should we look for some event this fall? I have seen the cross represented as a bridge. Six people died in the bridge collapse. Six is the number of man. Is the bridge too far for us trust in man instead of the cross leading to death? I think the article was complete enough without me adding to it.
