Atheists cry they don’t hear God, so God must not exist. Really?
It is superficial and infantile.
I understand a bit of how God feels. Many people want me to personally answer them and I won’t if I know they have NOT taken the time to listen to my sermons or read my books. I won’t preach to them a 1-hour personal message that I’ve already preached in church. I won’t give someone a long answer which can be easily found in my book. But I do invest a lot of time in people who have followed my teachings closely and ask me questions sincerely. I know they’re not lazy or wasting my time. I know they’re hungry and willing to grow.
Don’t you think God is the same?
Why should He answer you when He’s already given the answer to someone else you can easily hear? Respect what others have gotten from God and shared with the world, and you will start getting your own stuff from God.
Atheists lack this respect and ask dumb questions like, “Why doesn’t God just come down and speak?” He has. “Why doesn’t He do it for me?” Because you didn’t pay attention to the ones who had this experience before you. Pay attention to preachers and published books, especially the Bible. When you take seriously the answers He’s already given, you will start hearing answers He’s not yet given to others.
